Web poker has become world celebrated as of late, with televised competitions and celebrity poker game shows. The games popularity, though, stretches back in reality a bit further than its TV ratings. Over the years numerous types on the original poker game have been developed, including a handful of games that are not in reality poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is one of these games. Regardless of the name, Caribbean stud poker is most closely resembling twenty-one than old guard poker, in that the players wager against the casino rather than the other players. The succeeding hands, are the traditional poker hands. There is little conniving or other kinds of bamboozlement. In Caribbean stud poker, you are expected to ante up prior to the croupier declares "No further bets." At that point, both you and the dealer and of course all of the different players attain five cards each. After you have observed your hand and the dealer’s initial card, you have to either make a call bet or surrender. The call wager’s value is equal to your original ante, indicating that the stakes will have increased two fold. Bowing out means that your bet goes instantaneously to the dealer. After the bet comes the conclusion. If the house doesn’t have ace/king or greater, your wager is returned, plus an amount equal to the ante. If the bank does have ace/king or greater, you succeed if your hand is greater than the casino’s hand. The house pays out chips even with your initial bet and set odds on your call bet. These odds are:

  • Even for a pair or high card
  • two to one for 2 pairs
  • three to one for three of a kind
  • 4-1 for a straight
  • 5-1 for a flush
  • 7-1 for a full house
  • 20-1 for a 4 of a kind
  • fifty to one for a straight flush
  • one hundred to one for a royal flush
